In the Community
In addition to school and gymnastics, Mia Rose is active in trying to make the world and her community a better place. She has a small handcrafted jewelry business that she has used it to fund raise for Heifer International since she started it at just 7 years old. She has donated more than $1,900 since she first started. Her Heifer International fundraising page shows the money she has raised since she was 10 years old.
Mia Rose has been a volunteer with the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation since the spring of 2016. She helps at adoption days, and volunteers in their "pop up shelters" when they have more dogs than they can house at their normal facility. She also adopted her dog, Jules, from them.
